At Meet Your Aura, we prepare each numerology reading, astrology report, and personalised digital product with great care and attention. To maintain the quality of our services and ensure fairness to all clients, we have a strict refunds and cancellation policy.
This policy works alongside our Terms & Conditions and helps protect both clients and our business in the event of payment disputes.
1. Session Bookings & Payments
All session bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
No booking is confirmed until payment has been received.
2. Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations for any booked sessions.
All sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
If you choose not to attend a session, your payment will be forfeited.
3. Rescheduling Your Session
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so we allow rescheduling under the following conditions:
You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time.
To reschedule, use the link provided in your booking confirmation email or email us directly at askaura@meetyouraura.com.
Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment.
4. Digital Products & Downloadable Reports
All purchases of personalised reports, calendars, or digital downloads are final.
Because these products are prepared using your personal data, no refunds or cancellations are offered once payment is processed.
Please ensure that you provide accurate information when placing your order, as we cannot issue replacements for incorrect data submitted by the customer.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In very rare situations, such as serious illness, emergencies, or system errors, we may review refund or rescheduling requests at our sole discretion.

Because each session and report is prepared individually, initiating a Stripe dispute or chargeback after a session or product has been delivered will be treated as a breach of our policy.
