If you book a live session, we may use secure encrypted video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. No sessions are recorded without your explicit written consent.

• Questionnaire responses: stored securely within Tally, Google Forms, and Cal.com (password-protected and access-limited).
• Payment information: securely processed by Stripe (PCI-compliant).
• Session notes and reports: stored on a password-protected computer or encrypted cloud storage.
